Steel Rippers Returns Policy

We’re a small crew building something big—and we stand behind our gear. But we also can’t run with Amazon’s return budget. So here’s how we keep it fair for everyone.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery—no questions asked, as long as:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in new condition

  • It’s returned in the original packaging

  • You have the order number or proof of purchase

Final Sale items, stickers, and worn apparel can’t be returned. That includes anything with cigar ash, whiskey stains, or burnout marks.

Who Pays for What?

  • You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping.

  • If it’s an exchange, you’ll cover return shipping—we’ll send the replacement back to you on us (one time only).

  • If we screwed something up (wrong item, size, or defect), we’ll make it right and cover the cost.

We don’t offer pre-paid return labels unless the issue was our fault.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [insert email] with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue the refund or send the replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we messed up.

What We Don’t Accept

  • Returns past 14 days

  • Gear that’s been worn, washed, or beat to hell

  • Items marked final sale

  • Partial returns from sticker packs or multi-item bundles

We’re not a big box brand—we’re a small American company doing things our way. That means our margins are tight and every return costs us real dollars. We’re not trying to make it hard, just sustainable.

If something’s not right, we’ll work with you. If you’re cool with us, we’ll be cool with you.
